Keystone Parke consists of a three phased office project incorporating 460,000 SF over two parking garages. The project is the first major mid-town Class "A" office development on Cincinnati's I-71 corridor, and the largest development to date by its owner. PDT Architects, a subsidary of SFA has been involved in master planning the site, establishing the design aesthetic, coordinating garage structure and civil, and providing construction documents. Phase I, a 60,000 SF office building pursues LEED core and shell certification as well as LEED Commercial Interiors certification.
