As an expert in Construction Administration, Mr. Breda’s experience includes active roles in scheduling, construction cost control, construction coordination and on-site project management. Mr. Breda approaches Construction Administration from multiple points of view, tailoring construction driven solutions focusing on the schedule, budget, and quality of the project. He understands that expressing common team goals and explaining design and standards is necessary to eliminating costly and avoidable mistakes in construction. Mr. Breda emphasizes communication as the key to job site efficiency.
